Through the contact form we process: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message. We use this data solely to reply to your enquiry.

3. Legal basis

We process data on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Retention period

We keep data until the enquiry has been handled and then for the period necessary to establish, pursue or defend claims, no longer than 3 years, unless the law requires a longer period.

5. Recipients of data

Data may be entrusted to hosting and email providers acting on our behalf. We do not sell data or transfer it outside the European Economic Area.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability and to object to processing. You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).

7. Voluntary provision of data

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to reply to your enquiry.

8. Cookies

This site does not use analytics or marketing cookies. When you use the contact form, a technical session cookie is set solely to protect the form against abuse (CSRF token). Your choice in the information banner is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) so that the banner is not shown again.
