Canpol Bis Sp. z o.o. from Bydgoszcz, Poland provides IT services for companies: WordPress websites, WooCommerce stores, custom plugins, AI and n8n automation, system integrations through APIs, and performance and technical SEO optimisation. The company was previously an importer of decorative items.

The company is based in Bydgoszcz at ul. Gimnazjalna 2. Most work is done remotely, so we serve small and medium-sized companies across Poland as well as international clients.

We offer six groups of services: websites, WooCommerce stores, custom WordPress plugins, process automation with AI and n8n (including chatbots), system integrations (store, ERP, CRM, accounting, couriers), and performance optimisation, technical SEO and maintenance.

The price depends on scope: number of pages, features, integrations and the amount of content to prepare. We do not use a single price list – after a short conversation we prepare a quote split into stages so you know what you are paying for.

A simple company website usually takes a few weeks, while an online store with integrations needs a longer schedule. We set the timeline at the quote stage, and it also depends on how quickly we receive content and approvals.

WooCommerce is an open plugin for WordPress, so the store belongs to you: you control the data, appearance and development and pay no platform-imposed sales commission. A subscription store is quicker to start but has limits on features and costs.

Repetitive, rule-based tasks automate best: order flow, moving data between systems, reports, notifications, email classification and preparing replies for approval. n8n can run on your own server, so data stays in your infrastructure.

Yes. We deploy AI assistants using RAG, meaning they answer only from your content, product catalogue and documents, citing sources. Difficult cases are handed to a person, and conversations are logged.

We connect systems through APIs and webhooks, with field mapping, data validation, a job queue and retries. Stock levels, orders, invoices and shipments then synchronise automatically, and errors go to logs and alerts.

The most common causes are unoptimised images, too many scripts and plugins, no cache and slow database queries. We run an audit (Lighthouse, PageSpeed, CrUX), remove bottlenecks and improve the Core Web Vitals: LCP, INP and CLS.

We work with WordPress and WooCommerce (PHP 8.x, MySQL/MariaDB), build integrations through REST APIs and webhooks, and automations in n8n using language models via API. We care about semantic HTML5, WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility and schema.org structured data.

We prepare sites for AI visibility: JSON-LD structured data, answer-first copy, FAQ sections, consistent company data, an llms.txt file and a robots.txt rule that allows AI bots. No company can guarantee being cited in AI answers, however.

Yes. As part of our care service we perform WordPress and plugin updates with testing, 3-2-1 backups, uptime monitoring and protection against spam and attacks.
